Our Commitment
Our charter is a very serious commitment on how we intend to deliver our services to you. Over the last few months we have put concrete plans on how we intend to continually improve the way we attend to you. However, we want to do more. Our Customer Charter is based on the things that you told us are important to you and we are committed to making those things real.
