This tariff is SEC's tariff for poverty alleviation. Although the energy rate is higher than the S1 domestic tariff, it has no fixed charge or minimum charge. This tariff is cheaper than the S1 domestic tariff for consumption levels up to 150 kWh/month. The supply will be by way of a pre-payment meter and the supply capacity will be limited to 20 Amps.
