This is a new area of our website designed to enable our customers to access their prepaid or postpaid account data via a secure login.

Every SEC customer who wishes to use this facility needs to have a valid email address and register their details in order to get access to their account data. The user registration happens in 3 easy steps:

1. Click the register icon on the right
2. Fill in the required details
3. Access the email address you provided in order to activate your account login

After successfully completing the registration process above, you can login to your account data via the login on the right. If a customer has forgotten their password, they may click on the forgotten password icon and will be required to enter the same email address they registered with in order to get a temporary password.
