The Customer Service division is headed by the General Manager Customer Service who ensures that the division contributes towards implementation of company's strategic objectives of meeting customer needs and expectations and also oversee all aspects of Customer Services Division:

  1. Marketing and Commercial Manager
    Assist SEC's management to plan and control the business performance growth and to meet its obligations through
    • market research,
    • tariff analysis studies and pricing development,
    • Sales revenue measurements and forecasting
    • products and service offerings
    • Customer Education and demand side management
    • Commercial services
  2. Regional Managers
    Managing business performance of the region through:
    • Ensuring that customer needs and expectations are met,
    • overseeing all regional staff operations and processes while ensuring alignment with SEC's business requirements.
    • Ensure that the company's revenue collection targets are met and monitored
    • Ensure that customers service delivery levels are met through the development and implementation of appropriate service quality systems and standards as provided by SEC and the national regulatory regime
    • Ensure availability of distribution system to customers
    • Monitor performance of SEC external contractors workmanship and service quality standards
  3. Corporate Customers Manager
    Managing customer needs and requirements for the Company's Key Accounts through:
    • Provision of one stop service and contact for key customers
    • Conducting Market research and monitor commercial trends
    • Advisory service to key customers on SEC products and services
  4. Billing and Revenue Protection Manager
    Managing business operations through ensuring:
    • Reduction of system losses
    • Managing customer billing information
    • Credit control management and revenue protection management
