The current Operations Division management structure at the Swaziland Electricity Company is as follows:

The Operations division is headed by the General Manager Operations who oversees all aspects of technical operations (apart from Distribution) in the company as listed below:

1. Chief Engineer
   • Ensures that Generation, Transmission, Distribution and System Operations and Control perform efficiently and effectively in unison
   • Ensures that all engineering work methods and procedures are adhered - to in the process of implementing planned and un- planned activities.
   • Ensures that system performs optimally
2. Generation Manager
   • Manage the company's generation function infrastructure
   • Manager generation water and ensures its efficient release through the generation infrastructure
   • Manages the development of new generation schemes
3. Transmission Manager
   • Manages all the company's transmission infrastructure inclusive of power system protection, metering, transmission lines and switchgear departments.
4. System Operation and Control Manager
   • Manages system operations and control function (generation, transmission, & distribution).
   • Manages telecommunications function, system control and data acquisition function.
   • Manages optimization of imported power and the associated tariffs
5. Projects Manager
   • Manages the implementation of all capital projects such as new substations and associated transmission lines
   • Manages implementation of the pre-payment project
