The facility charges, payable whether any electricity is used or not, are being increased to more accurately reflect the fixed customer specific costs associated with the various supplies.

All minimum charges were discontinued.

The energy charge is for all consumption during billing month which shall be as near to the calendar month as convenient to SEC.

Maximum Demand shall be the power indicated over any thirty minutes period by a kVA demand indicator.

The access charge will be based on the highest of the previous 12 months maximum demand and the notified load of the customer.

Most tariffs will carry a suffix which describes the type of application for which the customer uses the electricity. This does not change the tariff rates but is for statistical purposes.
